Room - Clean and spacious (try to choose with window as for me its more spacious as I saw one room without window) Service - SUPERB :) Location - it's fine for food and a little stroll but its not walking distance to Metro/Train but near Bus stop. Honestly, I don't want to go by bus so I travelled to Metro/Train by taxi (It cost SGD 6 - 9 per ride going to Paya Lebar Metro Station. Note if you will request the hotel to book you a taxi there will be additional of SGD 3 so I would suggest just wait outside). *Near Restaurants are still close around 10am *Paya Lebar Metro Station is good location as its with Circle Line and Green Line (forgot the name though) WIFI - I got worried about it as I read a lot of comments that it is slow but during my stay it worked great. Additional: - No bidet (this is for those who are normally using it) I'm working in Middle East so it's little sad for me as I'm used to it but it's not common in SG so its fine :) - There's Hair Blower :) - You can borrow iron from the reception - AC is good

There are good working air-con, hair dryer, hangers, mirrors, clean bed with clean sheets, comfy pillow, chair and desk, cups, tea, kettle, bathroom and toilet amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, towels etc.) in the room. * The room is big considering the average room size for most 2-4 star hotels in Singapore * There is daily cleaning and rooms are CLEAN, thanks a lot for these! I love the cleaning the most! Not just the replacement of trash bin bags, but also there is daily replacement of amenities in the bathroom. Another proof of daily taking care of the room. * The location is great! There is bus-33 to go to the city center to nearby MRTs (Dakota station etc.): 1min away. You can walk to East Coast Park as well, 20-30 min away by walking. There are Peranakan houses nearby as a tourist attraction

Good location, nice budget hotel. plenty of places to eat - be it hawker stalls or restaurants or even pubs along the long Joo Chiat road. there is also a shopping mall at the end of the road. Stayed for one night due to transit, had an early morning flight. airport is about 16 mins away when there isn’t much traffic but hotel staff did advice to plan for 30 mins just to be on the safe side. There was a kettle with coffee and tea and even two free bottles of drinking water, and a small fridge. The bathroom comes with shower/shampoo gel, toothbrush and shower cap too.

Aussie 70s Cple Oct 22 looking for flight stopover in budget hotel for sleep and shower. We have stayed here before. Room is small but larger than some we have had in Singapore .  Bathroom had a soundproof door. Property is  pretty new and updated. We had no noise issue. Slept well. We had a window. Clean comfortable bed. Drinking Water Tea Coffee bathroom condiments. Easy quick check in and out. Taxi ordered from hotel. Midnight Taxi cost $28 to property about 15 mins. Peak morning same time about $25. Set Taxi rates. Very good value for money in Singapore

We kew the location, because the wife studied n Singapore. And stayed a few years in this area. A very nice area, with beauiful houses, and buildings. About an half hour from the city,by publictrandport.Very friendly staff. Roomwas not very big, but we were out alot. It was surprisingly quiet, for a touristy area. Loads of shops, and restaurants in many styles and tastes around. The very friendly staff, told us abut the supermarket, foodcourts end beach.Singapore is amazing, very multi-culturel, modern andclean. The people are extremely nice and polite.
